Description: Two attributes: PavedWidthLane, PavedWidthSWIDPavedWidthLane: This is the total width of all lanes ( includingthrough lanes, turn lanes, creeper lanes, passing lanes, parking lanes and accel/decel/merge lanes widths). For dvided Highway, width of lanes on the directional highway is assigned to each direction (inventory route:NB,EB and non-inventory route: SB,WB). Fo undivided highway, the total of both directions is assigned to the inventory route.Note: If all data was accurate PavedWidthLane should be equal to PavedWidthSWID.PavedWidthSWID: This is a data that is directly migrated from CANSYS. The data item name in CANSYS was SWID. This is kept for data validations and reference.Surface width (SWID) is the roadway width in whole feet not including shoulder width.A - Surface width is the sum of lane widths as defined in city maintenance agreements. B - Surface width is the width of the roadway between white lines. C - Surface width is the width of the roadway (width of curb not included in surface width)D - Surface width is the width of the roadway between inside edges of shoulders. E - Surface width includes the width of center left turn lane (continuous left turn lane) F - Surface width does not include the width of a paved median. G - On a divided roadway surface width is the sum of all the lanes widths that are designated for the direction of travel, including turn lanes, creeper lanes, passing lanes, parking lanes and accel/decel/merge lanes widths. H - On an undivided roadway surface width is the sum of all the lanes widths BehaviorsActivity / RulesCalibrateRoute - Stay PutReverseRoute - Stay PutRetireRoute - SnapExtendRoute - Stay PutReassignRoute - SnapRealignRoute - Stay PutRealignOverlap - SnapCartoRealignRoute - Honor Route MeasureFrom CANSYS Metadata Master Report:SWID - (Surface Width) Surface width is the roadway width in whole feet not including shoulder width.A - Surface width is the sum of lane widths as defined in city maintenance agreements. Coded driving lanes only, except in the case of curb and gutter shoulders. For curb and gutter shoulders added 5 feet to surface width (2.5 feet per side). When data extract was taken for migration to khub, the curb width was subtracted from SWID and then migrated.(SWID) - SURFACE WIDTH -- IIT_NUM_ATTRIB16 Surface width is the width between the white lines, turn lanes, thru lanes and parking lanes. No shoulder width is included.
