Or AADT greater than 10,000 vpd with 30% truck (HC)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Class A or B State System routes Or urban principal arterials.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Long anticipated duration: traffic impacts equal to or greater than 60 days. Note: maintenance operations with moving work zones (such as pavement patching or overlays) are not considered significant since the duration at a specific site will be less than 60 days.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Traffic delays or detours that result in greater than 30 minutes of additional delay.
