Service Description: USBR 76 is also known as the Trans-America Bicycle Trail, a coast to coast trail that connects Oregon to Virginia. The section of USBR 76 through Kansas extends more than 480 miles and runs from Greeley County on the Colorado border to Crawford County on the Missouri border. USBR 66 follows the historic former U.S. Route 66 known as “The Mother Road” connecting Los Angeles to Chicago. The Kansas segment of the route is 13 miles long and runs through the southeast corner of the state through the communities of Baxter Springs, Riverton, and Galena.
